How long is each organizing session?

Our sessions are a minimum of 3 hours and a max of 6 hours.

Is everything kept confidential?

Absolutely. Everything shared during our service is kept private and confidential in a safe, judgment-free space. If a particular project can be shared in our gallery, we will ask for written permission to post online.

What payment methods do you accept and do you offer payment plans?

Yes — we accept ALL payment types and offer flexible payment options through AfterPay for transition packages and comprehensive organization packages to make support accessible and stress-free.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you accept our proposal, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to put you on our schedule. We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling.
