Prepared & Grounded is a trauma-aware, spiritually grounded emergency preparedness course for people who refuse to live in fear — and also refuse to live unprepared.
You’ll learn how to prepare for fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, civil unrest, power outages, health emergencies, and long-term disruptions — without panic, doom-scrolling, or overwhelm.
“Preparedness is not paranoia.
It is stewardship.
It is love projected into the future.” — Lettie
